Anonymous flat seal matrix of copper alloy. Pointed oval face; no handle or orientation mark on reverse. On the die, a tonsured monk is depicted facing left, wearing an unapparelled amice; the central design is separated from the inscription by a plain groove. The inscription begins with a cross pattée and reads 'MISERE [fleur-de-lys] MEI . DEVS' ('TAKE PITY ON ME GOD').
