Description
Glazed red ware square floor tile with white clay decoration. Penn type. Quarter circle containing five-petalled rosettes and an inner quarter circle containing a fleur-de-lis. When tessellated with other tiles of the same decoration, this would form a larger pattern of circles. Badly worn. Some mortar still attached.
