Description

Bellarmine jug of brown salt-glazed stoneware, with a ribbed and collared rim, long neck, bulbous body, double-looped handle and a slightly flared flat base. Decoration of acanthus leaves and six medallions with a male head around the body, and floral design around the neck. Inscription around the centre of the body reads 'Mein: Ziltwan: Got: Will So: Ist; MEIN: ZILTWAN: GOT:WILL SO: IST'.
