Description
Slender barrel-shaped jug of buff brown ware with green glaze. Everted rim with pinched spout; cylindrical neck, slightly tapering towards body; single vertical strap handle attached below rim and at shoulder; barrel-shaped body tapers towards flat base. Green glaze present on upper half of jug’s exterior surface. Two small holes broken in one side of jug body. Glazed surface marred in two places, possible due to firing error or kiln furniture.
