Description

Rounded jug incorporating an everted flat rim, mouth, long neck, strap handle, rounded body and flared slightly rounded base. Made of buff fabric with mottled green glaze on the upper half of the vessel. Ribbed decoration around the the neck and three sections of two thumb impressions around the base. Reconstructed with sherds.

Description (Physical description)
Rounded jug incorporating an everted flat rim, mouth, long neck, strap handle, rounded body and flared flat base. Made of pale greyish-brown fabric with mottled green glaze. Incised bands around the the upper half of the body, impressed grooves on the base to form a frilled decoration, and stabbed holes along the handle. Two thumb marks at the base of the handle where attached to the vessel.
