Small gilt copper alloy icon of St Nicholas, nearly square, with small square projection at top. Half-length figure of St Nicholas with halo holding a book in his left hand and his right hand raised in a gesture of benediction; flanked by Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary; all figures are identified by their Cyrillic inscriptions, 'СВЯТЫЙ НИКОЛА', 'ІС҃ ХС҃', and 'М҃Р Ѳ҃Ѵ'. In small projection at top a depiction of god along with the inscription 'ІС҃ ХС҃'. Back blank apart from a pendant loop at height of the small projection.
