Description (Physical description)
The ball is carved from orange-brown fine-grained sandstone or quartzite. It has 11 protuberances which stand out moderately and have flattened surfaces. (see Marshall in Bib)

Marshall identifies the ball as Type 7 (11-55 knobs) and notes that it 'has been skillfully worked to give the appearance of being symmetrical when it is not'.
