Description (CMS Description)
Pale blue-green faience amuletic statuette of Anubis standing on a base with a back pillar piecered laterally for suspension behind the shoulders. The god is represented as a jackal-headed, anthropomorphic deity wearing a kilt and a lappeted wig. He is shown with engaged left leg advanced and with both arms down by his sides. The face is missing and the left ear is broken off. (see Davies and Smith)
