Based on the note in the accession register, the collector is William Frankland Hood which has been added to the Source field. In addition the tentative location of Thebes has been added to the Place field however no further details on the provenance within this area can be determined.
The Hood Collection was displayed in a specially built wing of Nettleham Hall, Lincolnshire.
