Context (Amendments / updates)
The period given in the publication (see Bib) and the catalogue card is Badarian (5500-4000 BC) but this database entry gives the period as Naqada I. It is not clear if this is the result of reassessment or simply a mistake, so Badarian has been added to the Period field until the material can be properly assessed.
