This spoon bowl is listed in the 1915 Annual Report as number 224 and then accessioned into the Museum's catalogue as 1915.347 A, 1915.24 A and 1916.27; the latter two of these idnos are marked on the spoon. Unfortunately, the accession registers for 1915 and 1916 were subject to a great deal of crossing out and re-numbering, leading to much confusion and apparently three separate entries for this object. It is probably for this reason that the spoon was re-numbered 'Z 36249'
