Fragment of worked wood. Rectangular in shape, broken along its length and width at one end, a small perforation is present along with some dark accretions.

Context (Amendments / updates)
The suffixes assigned to Z 46148 seem to have been based on the excavation number for each object. The sledge runner currently accessioned as Z 46148.5 was found with a paper label stating A5, but is marked in black ink as A8. The piece of wood Z 46148.8 is marked in white ink as A8 and was found with a paper label stating A8. The rest of the excavation numbers marked on Z 46148.1-69 are marked in black ink so it is possible that the sledge runner, Z 46148.8 is the correct A8 and Z 46148.8. It has not been possible to confirm this since the catalogue cards are missing, therefore, excavation numbers A5 and A8 have been queried in the other numbers field for both Z 46148.5 and Z 46148.8.
