Description for Z 46184.81 [A-B]: Flat piece of bone pierced at one end, there is a slot for a side blade at the end. There is another piece of bone marked with A II.33. It is a large bone point.

Context (Amendments / updates)
This collection was previously entered as from '?Southampton Island' and collected by Graham Rowley in 1936. However, they correspond to those excavated by Rowley in 1937 at the site of Avartoq [Akbahtok], Strathcona Sound, drawings of which are in his excavation notebook (XA/1/39/4). The Place field has been updated accordingly.

Description (Physical description)
One point of worked bone, roughly lenticular in cross section with one blunt flattened end; the other end tapering into a wider wedge. Yellow brown surface coloration.
