Description (Physical description)
Described by Faye Minter, Jude Plouviez, Ian Riddler, Nicola Trzaska-Nartowski and Rose Broadley, and informed by Sue Anderson, on their visit on 25/11/2019: 'Fragmentary antler end segment from a triangular comb, the back straight throughout and leading to an upturned blunt terminal with a steep, slightly curved graduation to the teeth. Six teeth survive, tapering neatly to blunt ends with no traces of wear. Five teeth per centimetre. Fractured across a rivet hole.'

Fragment of small single-sided bone comb. Round backed, with right angle corner. Six teeth remain and are attached, one tooth detached but present. Broken through rivet hole.
