Description

Beaker; Bone - Fairly fine buff ware with large particles of grit; good example of ' A' type, with unusually small base, flat, but having a high ' kick' internally; ornamented rather roughly with stabbed impressions made by a short notched tool, arranged in horizontal bands on the neck, and herringbone bands on body.
'Pot is actually flint tempered and the rim has been repaired with plaster. Small fragment of human skull found inside- S. Webb 13/11/2001'
