Description (Physical description)
A cremation urn of Anglian type with a globular body and a very damaged based. This urn has been broken and repaired. This urn is unusual in being decorated all over the body, except for the upper edge of the neck and rim. At the shoulder there is a band of a triangle-stamped design. Above and below the shoulder a chevron design has been used, around which a number of stamped designs have been used - circular, triangular, fan shaped, rectangular and S-shaped.
