Context (Found together / assemblage)
Grave 7 contained: Single edged iron knife found below the left elbow. Bronze pin with fragment of iron ring, through its perforated head, found at the left-hand side of the skull. Two tiny bronze tags or hasps each with a tiny rivet in situ, found by the left ankle. Also five sherds from the grave filling. Silver pendant with stamped ornament found on the shoulder.

Grave 7.
The initial excavation of the Anglo-Saxon cemetery was carried out in the early months of 1952 by the Cambridge Archaeological Field Club under the direction of the Hon. R.W.H. Erskine and D.M. Wilson. Its discovery was reported by Mr G.O. Vinter, MA, in the autumn of 1951.

Single edged iron knife with slight shoulder and no choil. Point and part of tang missing. Now in three fragments.
