Donated to the Cambridge Antiquarian Society by an unnamed donor in 1849-1850. The 1850 Report reads: 'The dentated bronze head of a Mace; found at Wicken, Cambridgeshire.' The Place field originally read 'Wicken Fen', but it has now been changed to Wicken.
