Description
Copper alloy shield-shaped horse harness pendent, attached to a larger loop. Small suspension loop attached to the centre of the upper edge of the pendant; a larger loop through the perforation of the small suspension loop. The pendent has a raised border, within which there are three diamonds or mascles. Traces of gilding at the base of small suspension loop and along the edges of the diamonds. Traces of red (gules) enamel within the diamonds. The base of the pendant is broken off and missing.
