This object is marked with two accession numbers: 1899.11 and 1898.609. The object was accessioned on 25th January 1899, and entered into the accession register as 1899.11. However, a note added to the accession register reads: '(1899) [but included in the 1898 list]'. The accession numbers were consequently amended on 23/01/1980, with 1899.11 being changed to 1898.609. The accession number and MAA number fields have been updated accordingly.
