Stone adze, possibly made of chert, with a micaceous, yellow coloured sandy surface. Elongated trapezoid shape, with a curved cutting edge, a squared butt, and finely chipped edges. Slightly crescent shaped in cross section.

However, a note added to the accession register reads: '(1899) [but included in the 1898 list]'. The accession numbers were consequently amended on 23/01/1980, with 1899.9 being changed to 1898.607.
