Description
Gilt copper alloy applied disc brooch. Decorative plate has a two central concentric circles with low-relief punched decoration between. Around the perimeter is a band of knotwork. Low-relief Style I zoomorphic ornament between the outer band and inner circles. Catchplate present on reverse, pin bar lug missing.

'Applied' brooch with bronze back, gilt disc and iron pin. Pin is now missing. The centre is circled by a small embossed pattern. Ring of zoomorphic design inside a border of cable pattern
