Copper alloy single looped buckle with two plates. Oval loop; outer edge with two lobed knobs flanking roller; narrowed off-set bar. Pin is in closed loop around pin hole. Upper plate has two rivet holes towards outer edge; underplate is shorter and has one central rivet hole.
