Copper alloy shield-shaped horse harness pendant, bearing the Arms of Edmund, Earl of Kent. Suspension loop on centre top; front decorated with three lions passant facing left. Heraldic design described as ‘Gules, three lions passant guardant or’ with ‘bordure argent’. Possible traces of red (gules) enamel on surface; gilding along the edge.
