Description
Iron stirrup with semi-circular bow, suspension loop detached and missing. Apex partially missing, appears to have a hole for attachment of suspension loop; flattened arms project either side, forking roughly one-quarter down from apex, terminating in downward facing projections at each corner of rectangular tread-plate; tread-plate formed of four parallel bars attached along the short sides of rectangle. Object is heavily corroded with areas of loss, one arm fork detached and missing.
