Description
Incomplete five-handled tyg of Cistercian Ware. Wide opening with upright rim; deep neck with single raised cordon in the middle, from which five flattened rod handles run to shoulder; rounded body decorated with applied white or yellow circular pellets; flat, splayed base. Dark red brown glaze on internal and external surfaces, except on pellets and above base. One handle and part of rim and body broken off and missing.
