Description
Complete base of a Babylon ware mug with partial body attached. Vessel walls taper towards splayed base; decorative band of horizontal ridges just above this. Thumb-impressed joins for two handles, very close together, located near base. Brown-black glaze; red fabric. Some whitish accretions.
