Description
Almost complete wheel-made salt glazed baluster jug, reconstructed from sherds, one sherd now detached. Simple upright rim on narrow neck decorated with incised lines, strap handle connecting neck to upper shoulder, body ovoid and decorated with incised geometric designs, tapering to small slightly concave closed pedestal base. Exterior surface with brown coloured glaze, grey core.
