Description

Restored bell-shaped cup of Terra Nigra, carinated below the rim, possibly a native copy. Only one sherd retains black polish, the remainder is a dull grey. There is a heavy, deep foot-ring, with an illegible stamp on the base. Gallo Belgic.

Restored cup of the same type as A, far more poorly made (?native copy). Only one sherd retains black polish, the remainder is a dull grey. There is a heavy, deep foot-ring, in contrast to the light, shallow one on A; illegible stamp. Gallo Belgic.
