Description
Pair of copper alloy wrist clasps (A-B) made from sheet metal with applied cast bar, now separated; second applied cast bar missing. The cast bar is decorated with four square bosses, between which are four transverse grooved lines; previously applied close to the catch or hook. The rear edge of the hook-piece (A) has three semicircular projections, each pierced with a round sewing hole, interspersed with two triangular points; the hook is missing. The rear edge of the catch-piece (B) is identical, but one of the semicircular projections is broken and missing; front edge bows outward and contains the long, narrow catch.

Two pieces may be a set of wrist clasps, with the final piece of metal a decorative strip which has?become detached from the wrist clasps.'
