Description (Physical description)
String of 17 glass beads. Opaque beads; two spherical blue, one yellow cylinder, one green cylinder disk, one red cylinder disk and two white cylinder disks with blue inlay. Translucent beads; two composite spherical beads, one red annular, one cylinder disk, two blue annular, three blue spherical and one large blue melon.

Context (Other)
The label found with the object reads: '"Bought from Roe, Petty Cury,' and on reverse 'during digging"'. This has been taken to mean that they were found at Petty Cury during digging, although it is possible that the vendor Roe was based at Petty Cury, and the beads were found elsewhere. More work needs to be done to establish which is the case.
