Description

Iron knife, broken back seax or scramasax. Slightly curved cutting edge. On one face, the back is decorated below a grooved line with two inlaid lines of toothed copper alloy, the lower of which has seven small scrolls descending towards the cutting edge; the two parallel lines diverge slightly and are joined at the widest part with two diagonal lines. Triangular tang. Point missing.
