The 1982 catalogue card has the following entry: 'A mixed, surface collection of stone tools, and some eggshell. All periods represented. From G.G. near Wadi Bu Mras, Sirte Basin... See maps and diagrams concerning the 1960s expedition of Glyn Isaac to Libya. Site is also mentioned in black notebook. Is this the surface material mentioned there as having been collected by R.L.Brown? Does G.G. stand for Garet el Gifa, which is near the Wadi Bu Mras? See the 'Physiographic Map of the Sirte Basin Area' which is with the other maps.'
