This shabti was originally catalogued as from the Late Ptolemaic Period. Glenn Janes examined this shabti in May 2018. He dates it simply to the Ptolemaic Period and the Period field has been updated accordingly.

This shabti originally had no specific provenance beyond 'Egypt'. Glenn Janes tentatively suggests it may come from Abydos. The Place field has been amended accordingly and a separate entry was added to the Production field.
