Framed engraving of "Omai, a native of Ulaietea". Mai was brought to England in the year 1774 by Tobias Furneaux Esq., Commander of his Majesty's Sloop Adventure- N. Humbly inscribed to the Right Hon. John Earl of Sandwich, First Commissioner for executing the office of Lord High Admiral of Great Britain and Ireland, etc. etc. etc. By his Lordships most humble servant, Fra Bartolozzi. 25 October 1771."
Lent to the City Museum & Art Gallery, Birmingham, for 'Captain Cook's Voyages' exhibition 1979.
