Document - Three folders, originally accompanying museum exhibit, containing typescript notes re native cultures of Malekula, New Hebrides, particularly that of the Small Islands. Notes based in part on those of Layard, who also made much of the collection.
One volume labelled " V" - containing notes re objects connected with the Maki Degree-taking ceremony and cannibalism.
One Vol. labelled VII- containing notes re ornaments and objects connected with magic, and pottery fragments. (containing photos).
