A second copy (possibly created in 1966, see note at back which is unclear) of the original 1883 Founding Donation from the Cambridge Antiquarian Society. Found black notebook, 'C.A.S. List - 1883' written in white ink on spine.

Description (CMS Description)
Typescript list entitled: 'Accessions, Gifts and Purchases 1883-1893'. Museum accession numbers and, in some cases, A.R. numbers given. Also a hardback book entitled 'List of Specimens contained in the Cambridge Antiquarian Museum formed during the years - 1883 by the Cambridge Antiquarian Society and presented by that body to the University in 1883.' It lists the accessions for 1883, broken down by material: stone, pottery, bronze, etc. Finally, a list entitled 'Fourteen Objects from Scotland' which includes E 1895.128-140.
