Inside 'Guide to the Maudslay Collection of Maya Sculptures (Casts and Originals) from Central America' is a typescript poem by HJB (Hermann Justus Braunholtz, Keeper of Ethnography, British Museum) replying to a letter to the editor of The Times (10 January 1957) written by Jacquetta Hawkes relating to the state of the displays in the British Museum's American galleries.
