Description

Two typescripts and two envelopes, one corrected in 1952 by R. Robinson in red ink, providing details of the imagery on the negatives of Burma that were donated by Miss Goss. The corrected list was found with prints from the Hornell collection in box C476/, and the other was found inside a wooden negative box containing the Goss negatives (C518/). On one of the envelopes, the year of donation is mentioned as c.193-
In 1952, Robinson had matched the negatives to the lantern slides that were also donated to the museum. The number written in red ink after the typed negative numbers denote the drawer number and sequential number of the matching lantern slide.
