Papers related to the exhibition 'Paired Brothers: Concealment and Revelation Iatmul Ritual Art from the Sepik, Papua New Guinea' curated by Andrew Moutu and Anita Herle with Tabitha Cadbury, doctoral and MPhil students Mark Elliott, Hannah Ivory and Primrose Taylor February 2004 – March 2006). The exhibition included material collected for MAA in the Sepik by Andrew Moutu during his doctoral field research in Social Anthropology, alongside historic material from MAA collected by Gregory Bateson. The collection and exhibition was supported by the Crowther Beynon Fund.
The papers include: exhibition planning and design; drawings; text and labels; Invitation to the opening, hand-out for families and children re: crocodiles; CD ROMS with exhibition text and poster image; Moutu's speech at the exhibition opening.
