Large leather bound volume with faded spine containing archaeology accessions. Red sticker in centre of front cover reads 'Museum of Archaeology' in gold lettering with white label reading 'BCR Register'. Two page typescript note dated December 1978 on inside cover explains this accession book represents an abortive attempt to re-catalogue the collections by type. Some of the objects have been matched to 1883 accession numbers, which are recorded against each object and some objects may refer to the C.A.S. register? Pages 7-10 removed.

Contains accessions by type for 1883; 51 pages.
