Hand-drawn 'Sections of Dunbridge Gravel Pit', which includes the section where the Palaeolithic flints purchased by the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology (MAA) were found. Drawn by E.A.Rawlence in 1910. A map of Hampshire, including Dunbridge. The gravel pit where the excavations took place is underlined and numbered, and the annotations are signed by E.A.Rawlence, The map dates to 1901. Also enclosed is a note by David Phillipson, Director, MAA, noting that these papers were found by Aidan Baker, Librarian, in the Haddon Library.
