Cambridgeshire Archaeological Committee files. Files held in a large folio box with leather spine reading 'Ordnance Survey' in gold lettering, A more recent label reading 'Cambridgeshire Archaeological Committee Volume III'. Files span 1972- 1983, and again 1990-1992 and include: Field Officer reports on: Fengate, Castle Hill in Cambridge, Godmanchester, Somersham, Girton, Fowlmere, Wilbraham, Wisbech, Horningsea Elm, Eye, Holme, Denton, Warboys, Welland Valley Project, and Fenland Project. General administration files, including: meeting notes and minutes, employment papers, financial reports and budgets, storage issues for material. Field reports on: fieldwork, surveying local ancient sites and monuments, and the scheduling of monuments. This folio was found in the office of Dr. Robin Boast, Curator for World Archaeology, and roughly organised by Grahame Appleby, Cambridge Archaeological Unit, August 2006
