Description (CMS Description)
Photographs of Arctic material, overlaid with sketches of same, broken down by genre (primarily implements, carvings of animals, spear points, flints, harpoons, etc.). Also small envelope of selected artefact photos, seem to be the same as the larger photos. All the photographs/sketches seem to be from Graham Rowley's excavations at Abverdjar.
A note enclosed says that "Meldgaard had the material before 1958" at the National Museum at Copenhagen and that there is a letter regarding the material in the correspondence boxes 1958-1959, but the correspondence is actually in MM1/7/5.
