Context (Found together / assemblage)
Although this note came to the museum in association with 1932.248, it also applies to beads from the same hoard that came in via Horace Beck (1947.2337). A similar, if not identical, note in Robert P. Wild's hand can be found pasted in Beck's catalogue (AA5/3/11).

Description (Physical description)
Note from Robert P. Wild, dated 26 May 1932 and entitled 'Stone Beads', giving the circumstances of the discovery of a hoard of 76 stone beads at Akwatia, Ghana. It was stored with two of the beads (1932.248); it was copied in part onto the catalogue card for 1032.248 (of which a copy is included) and a copy taken of the original note.
