Handwritten notes regarding letters in the MAA archives and the Newcombe papers in Victoria between Sir William Ridgeway and C.F. Newcombe (and later his son, W.A. Newcombe) during 1924-5, regarding the purchase of totem poles from the Northwest Coast. Douglas Cole made the notes, sent them to Dr. D.A. Swallow.
