Four envelopes containing notes / correspondence on Museum items etc. labelled arch. lists, and the acquisition of items by the Museum:
One envelope labelled 'Foster Bequest data' and includes labels / letters relating to the Walter K. Foster bequest, including a letter from Canon Greenwell regarding the Law Farm hoard.
One envelope labelled 'Notes on Museum items etc. in envelope labelled Archaeological Lists.'
One envelope labelled 'Correspondence re: the acquisition of items by the Museum'.
One envelope is unmarked, but contains similar material to the above- (old display labels from Sheffield Public Museum for African but mainly Polynesian material - some presented to Rev. George Bennett, 1823)
Found among Haddon's papers.
