Context (Found together / assemblage)
This object was found stored with 2006.759 A-B. It is described as a 'pot stand' on the box list and was photographed in 2016 with 2006.759 A-B. It is the right size and shape to support the coffee pot. The pot stand was found with a label which reads: 'stand for coffee pot 2006.759 not accessioned'. This object has not been entered into the Accession Register, but has been assigned the next the suffix in the sequence of 2006.759 and given the accession number 2006.759 C to create a database record. If it is later decided that the object is not associated with 2006.759 A-B it can be assigned a temporary number.

Description (Physical description)
A stand for a coffee pot [2006.759 A]. An annular band wrapped in plant fibre string. The outer section has been decorated with a pattern in purple, pink and blue.
