Description (Physical description)
Brass hairpin designed in a tree shape. Four spirals are randomly arranged at the head of the pin. The spirals taper down into a thin pin, which is shaped like a kriss. The back is decorated with dot like incisions arranged in a diamond shape on the triangular surface from which the spirals emanate. One wonders why the lower right branch does not end in a spiral like the others. Perhaps this has a cultural significance.
