Description (Physical description)
Silver box with a hinged lid. The box is mostly decorated in high relief, with geometric patterns along the side, flowers incised into the base and 'cloud patterns' along the edge of the lid. The centre of the lid is decorate with a conch shell in the centre, two fish either side of the shell and a parasol (all some of the Eight Auspicious Symbols), positioned above the fish and the shell. There are two birds perched on lotus flowers flanking the fish and shell.
